Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days.

• Rest of India: 5–8 business days.

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

• Note: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to logistics issues or extreme weather.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 2000

• Prepaid Orders: A flat shipping fee applies to orders below INR 2000.

4. Important Notes

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details.

• Tampered Packages: If you receive a package that looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it. Immediately report the issue to us at hello@ramyastudio.com with photos of the outer packaging.

• Unboxing Video: For a seamless resolution of any transit damage or missing items, we strongly recommend filming an unboxing video from start to finish.
