Returns & Exchanges Policy


At Ramya Studio, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted pieces. If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help.

1. The 5-Day Return Window

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Defects/Damage: If the item is defective, you must notify us within this 5-day window to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Standard Returns/Exchanges: Requests made after 5 days of delivery will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Mandatory Photo Evidence for Defects

To maintain our quality standards, we require visual proof for any damaged or defective items.

  • Please email us clear images of the defect, the full garment, and the original tags/packaging to hello@ramyastudio.com

  • Our team will review the images within 48 hours to approve the return.

3. Conditions for Return

To ensure a successful return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Fitted with all original tags still attached.

  • Returned in its original packaging.

  • Note: Items showing signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains will be sent back to the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a Flash Sale or using a high-value promotional code (e.g., SALE30) are eligible for Size Exchange only and are not eligible for a monetary refund.

  • Custom-sized or altered garments.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Defective Items: Full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement.

  • Other Returns: We offer Store Credit (valid for 1 year) or a refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
